No Exclusivity

Because gradients are generated deterministically from text input:

• Identical or similar inputs may produce identical or similar results
• We do not guarantee uniqueness or exclusivity of any output

Platform Rights

CustomGradient retains all rights to:

• The application
• The gradient generation algorithms
• The visual system and underlying code

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the CustomGradient application or its code without permission.
